Claude skills, scanned before you install them
A skill is a folder of instructions and scripts that Claude and other agents load and follow with your permissions. We read every file in 0 public skills from 0 GitHub repositories and grade them for the things that hide in text: invisible characters, remote scripts, reading your keys, sending data out, and lines that tell the agent to keep something from you.
How skills are graded
Each skill starts at 100. A critical finding (invisible tag characters, or a hidden payload that is decoded and run) makes it an F. High findings (running a downloaded script, reading credential files, posting data to a collection endpoint, telling the agent to hide things from you or drop its rules, deleting your home folder) cost 30 points; medium ones (long encoded blobs, downloaded binaries, edits to startup files) 10; missing or malformed name and description 3. A 90+, B 75+, C 60+, D 40+.
We re-read a skill whenever any file in its folder changes. GitHub stars come from the repository, so every skill in one repository shows the same count. Appeal a grade.
