Stellara tools (6, 1 write)

write = sends, deletes, buys or posts
  • compare_chartsFree

Compares two birth charts (synastry): the closest aspects between person A's and person B's planets, with orbs and a short, balanced summary. Birth times and places are optional. Instead of person_b you can pass `celebrity` (name or X handle, see list_celebrities) for a playful star match with a score and a share text for X. No predictions, nothing stored.

  • create_christmas_star_cardwrite actionFree

Creates a festive Christmas card (text plus SVG image) about someone, from their birth date and optional first name: sun sign and life path number, described as character, not prediction. The card text talks about the recipient in the third person (by name, or neutrally without a name). No personal data stored.

  • get_birth_chartFree

Computes a real birth chart from astronomical positions (tropical zodiac): Sun to Pluto with sign, degree and retrograde flag, major aspects with orbs, and a short character-focused interpretation. Ascendant, Midheaven and Whole Sign houses only when birth time and place are both given. Without a time the Moon is flagged as approximate. No predictions, nothing stored.

  • get_sun_sign_readingFree

Returns a short, free reading based only on a birth date: sun sign (simple date table) and Pythagorean life path number, with a few sentences about character, written in the third person by default. No predictions, no personal data stored.

  • get_transitsFree

Shows where the planets are now (or on a given UTC date) and which major transits they make to a person's birth chart, with orbs and exact dates, for one day or a 7-day week. Short reflective interpretation, no predictions, nothing stored.

  • list_celebritiesFree

Lists the famous people you can compare charts with in compare_charts (about 1000 most-followed real people on X, birth dates from Wikidata cross-checked with Grokipedia). Optional search query (name, handle or description such as 'singer'); returns up to 25, most followed first. Most are date-only.

What the publisher says

From the Stellara repository's README, as published. We do not edit it. Read it on GitHub

Stellara MCP (free)

Free, read-only MCP server for Stellara. No login, no payment, no database. Variant B: output ends with "Made by Stellara. For self-reflection, not predictions." (Dutch: "Gemaakt door Stellara. ...") and contains no links to mystellara.com. Image and share links use the MCP's own host (mcp.mystellara.com) and carry only computed chart data, never birth data.

Names, descriptions and field descriptions live in src/config.ts; all output texts in src/copy.ts.

This repo is also a Cursor plugin: .cursor-plugin/plugin.json, mcp.json (points to https://mcp.mystellara.com/mcp), skills/stellara-reading/SKILL.md, assets/logo.svg. Check it with npm run validate-plugin.

Endpoints

GET/DELETE /mcp return 405 (no sessions, no SSE stream).

Chart image

GET /chart.png and GET /chart.svg with ?id= (optional lang=nl) return a full natal chart image (1400x1000): cream background, zodiac ring with coloured sign glyphs and degree ticks, Placidus house segments with numbers and cusp degrees, As/Ds/Mc/Ic, planet glyphs with degrees, aspect lines (green harmonious, red tense), element and quality percentages, and a side table of positions and cusps. PNG is rendered with resvg-js (MPL-2.0, used unmodified) and the bundled DejaVu Sans font (fonts/, free licence), so glyphs look the same everywhere. Same rate limit as /mcp, computed per request, nothing stored. The id is random (128 bits); the computed render data is kept server-side in an in-memory LRU (30 days, max 20,000; optional disk copy when CHARTSTOREDIR is a writable volume). Nothing personal is in the URL or in the image. Unknown or expired ids return 404; memory-only links stop working after a restart. The old ?date= form is refused (400). getbirthchart returns this URL as chartimageurl and the chart as a PNG image content block (1000 px wide; MCP hosts reject SVG image blocks with "Could not find MIME for Buffer").

Sharing on X

getbirthchart and comparecharts (with celebrity) return shareurl (an X post intent with text + share page, never an @tag), sharepageurl and shareimageurl.

  • GET /s/match?t=…, GET /s/chart?t=…: share page with og: and twitter:card=summarylarge_image, short text and a button to mystellara.com.
  • GET /match.png?t=…, GET /chart-card.png?t=…: 1200x675 cards.
  • The token t is base64url JSON with only computed results (sign indexes, whole-degree planet longitudes, score, public celebrity name). No birth date, time or place. Nothing is stored or logged.

Famous people

comparecharts accepts celebrity (name, X handle or a typo of it) instead of personb and returns a playful match: score (40 to 98), one-liner, plain sentences, a share text for X linking mystellara.com, and a note that it says nothing about anyone's private life. list_celebrities(query?) lists who is available.

data/celebrities.json holds the 1000 most-followed real people on X, built by scripts/build_celebrities.py: ranking from Wikidata follower counts (P8687 with X user-id qualifier, humans only), birth date P569 (day precision), birthplace P19 with coordinates, cross-checked with Grokipedia. Each entry records the source per field and a confidence (high = both agree, medium = one source, low = conflict, flagged in the output). Birth times only where a birth certificate is published (Obama, Trump); everyone else is date-only (no rising sign or houses, said plainly). Wikidata is CC0.
