• get_company

  Fetch the full profile of a single company by IČO (8-digit Slovak company ID). Returns: legal name, legal form, status, address, statutory bodies (people with roles), business activities, and up to 10 most recent financial filings (revenue, assets, equity, net income). Data is cached from source registers (RÚZ, RPO, ORSR, FS DPH) with lazy-refresh if stale.

• get_company_graph

  Return the ownership / statutory graph around a company — people and other companies connected through roles (statutory body, executive, proprietor, shareholder). Depth 1 = direct connections only; depth 2 = also second-degree connections (people of connected companies). Use to answer questions like "who controls X" or "what other firms does the CEO of X run".

• get_person

  Fetch a single person record by internal ORSF person ID (UUID / ULID). Returns the person's identifying fields plus all roles they currently hold across companies. Use the IDs from get_company (roles[].personId) or get_company_graph to obtain a person ID.

• get_person_graph

  Return the graph around a person — all companies where they hold a role, and optionally (depth=2) other people connected through those companies. Use to map a person's full portfolio of Slovak companies.

• lookup_company

  Fast IČO autofill lookup — the right tool for forms, invoices, and KYB/KYC identity checks.

• refresh_company

  Force-refresh a company from upstream source registers. Useful when the caller suspects stale data, or after a recent change in ORSR. Respects a per-IČO 60 s cooldown. Returns the refreshed company record. Default sources: ruz, rpo, orsr.

• search_companies

  Search the ORSF register of Slovak companies (~800k records). Full-text search over company name, IČO (company ID) and DIČ (tax ID), with structured filters. Returns a paginated list with basic company info. Use this first when the user mentions a company by name — get the IČO, then call get_company for full details.
