APEX PSI tools (5)
write = sends, deletes, buys or postsRead from the package source without running it. The installed server may list more.
anchorRead the Bitcoin (OpenTimestamps) anchoring record for the ledger's Merkle roots. Defaults to action:'history', which is read-only and returns each anchor transaction with its txid, block height, confirmation state and how many ledger entries it covers. Pass action:'verify' with a txid to check one transaction, or action:'anchor' to explicitly request that pending roots be aggregated and submitted
citeGenerate a citation for a sealed receipt in APA, BibTeX, or MLA format, citing the APEX PSI ledger entry.
sealRecord content in the APEX PSI append-only ledger and return a receipt: SHA-256 hash, an Ed25519 signature over the Merkle leaf, and post-quantum ML-DSA-65 (plus LMS-W4-SHA256 when a slot is available — the receipt's own algorithm field states which). Proves that this content existed and has not changed since the timestamp. It never proves the contents are true. Free tier: 20 operations/minute, 10
verifyConfirm a seal's integrity against the APEX PSI append-only ledger. Accepts a receipt object (from the seal tool) or a raw SHA-256 hash. Reports whether the hash is present and anchored — integrity, not the truth of the original content.
verify_chainIndependently verify a chain of receipts against the APEX PSI ledger. Recomputes each hash's presence and integrity and reports Merkle chain continuity. Returns a verification report — a recomputation result, not an opinion or a certification.

APEX PSI MCP Server
Apex PSI is not a tool and not a product. It is the verification substrate — the layer beneath proof. It does not judge. It does not certify. It only remembers. This server is an application built on that layer.
Cryptographic truth infrastructure for AI agents.
One config line gives any MCP-capable AI agent (Claude, Cursor, Qoder, Cline, Windsurf, and more) five provenance tools: seal, verify, anchor, cite, audit.
Tools
Installation
Add to your MCP client config:
{
"mcpServers": {
"apex-psi": {

npm install apex-psi-mcpConfiguration
Environment variables (optional):
- APEXAPIBASE — API endpoint (default: https://apex-infrastructure.com/api)
- APEXAPIKEY — API key for authenticated access
Usage

- Seal content — "Seal this document with APEX PSI"
- Verify receipts — "Verify this receipt is authentic"
- Anchor to Bitcoin — "Anchor this receipt to the Bitcoin blockchain"
- Generate citations — "Cite this receipt in APA format"
- Audit chains — "Audit this chain of receipts"
Every receipt carries a verify link to https://apex-infrastructure.com/verify — sealed arithmetic, public provenance.
