Japan RuleWatch tools (7)
write = sends, deletes, buys or postsget_commercial_termsFreeFree: return the current business-only commercial terms profile for a supported paid product. A status other than ready means Mainnet purchase is unavailable.
get_entry_packFreePaid: return the fixed Iya soba entry-preparation pack with sources, contacts, consultation text, unknowns, and next actions. It gives no customer-specific legal verdict. Japan Rule is not a government service.
get_evidence_packFreeReturn a concise evidence pack for one rule ID returned by search_rules. Includes official URLs, scope limits, and no legal-compliance verdict.
get_tourism_evidence_packFreePaid: return official Japanese primary-source URLs, evidence locations, checked dates, source versions, general requirements, traveler-screen checks, and re-check triggers for a complete supported A/B/C flow. This is informational evidence, not a legal verdict.
get_tourism_preflightFreeFree: classify a Japan-bound hotel service flow into the supported A/B/C model, list missing facts, and flag manual review. It does not return primary-source evidence.
search_entry_casesFreeFree: search the fixed Japan tourism entry-case catalog by region, activity, and language. Returns a model-case preview, key decision themes and what the paid preparation pack adds. It does not include source locations, contact routes, inquiry text or an action plan. Japan Rule is a private commercial service, not a government service.
search_rulesFreeSearch a small curated index of official Japanese sources about mail-order sales advertising. Use this before get_evidence_pack. Results are evidence pointers, not legal conclusions.

Japan RuleWatch
Remote MCP for official Japanese rule evidence. The current paid Mainnet product is a fixed Japan tourism entry-preparation pack for businesses and AI agents acting for an authorized business principal.
For AI agents: discover, test, then decide
MCP endpoint: https://japan-rulewatch-mcp-mainnet.kadopi.workers.dev/mcp
Use Japan RuleWatch when an authorized business needs to assess a Japan experiential-tourism entry workflow, research official Japanese ecommerce sources, or classify a hotel/tourism service flow before a business decision. It is a private commercial information service, not a government service.
Start with one free tool that matches the task:
If the Iya model case is relevant, call getcommercialterms with {"product_id":"jp-tokushima-miyoshi-iya-soba"}. Japan RuleWatch itself then handles any disclosed x402 payment request, receipt, and delivery; no private key or wallet access is given to another service.
Discovery tags: mcp, japan-tourism, tour-operator, market-entry, official-sources, ecommerce, x402.
It exposes the existing evidence tools plus one fixed tourism-entry product over stateless Streamable HTTP:
- searchrules and getevidence_pack: free ecommerce evidence lookup.
- gettourismpreflight: free A/B/C service-flow classification, missing facts, and manual-review triggers.
- gettourismevidence_pack: x402-paid tourism evidence pack for a complete supported A/B/C flow.
- getcommercialterms: free commercial-terms profile and Mainnet sale-readiness for a paid product.
- searchentrycases: free search for the Iya soba experience sample and its known gaps.
- getentrypack: paid retrieval of the fixed Iya soba entry-preparation pack.
The paid pack returns official URLs, evidence locations, checked dates, source versions, general requirements, traveler-screen checks, and re-check triggers. It does not determine legal compliance, travel-business registration requirements, or legal risk for a particular service.

Paid Mainnet purchase flow
- Call getcommercialterms with jp-tokushima-miyoshi-iya-soba to read the business-only purchase conditions.
- Call getentrypack with {"pack_id":"jp-tokushima-miyoshi-iya-soba","language":"en"}. The service returns the current terms version and hash, without requesting payment.
- Submit the returned terms version and hash with businesspurchaseconfirmed: true, the contracting business name, and its ISO country code.
- The service returns an x402 payment request for exactly 5 USDC on Base Mainnet. A compatible buyer wallet signs the request and receives the pack and purchase receipt.
The price is 5 USDC for one purchase on Base Mainnet. The saved result can be retrieved for seven days with the same payment proof, tool, normalized input, price condition, and content version. Base Sepolia uses 0.01 test USDC only for integration verification.
