  • create_billwrite action

    Create a bill (AP / money owed to a vendor). VendorRef and at least one Line (AccountBasedExpenseLineDetail or ItemBasedExpenseLineDetail) are required.

  • create_customerwrite action

    Create a customer in QuickBooks Online. DisplayName is required and must be unique.

  • create_estimatewrite action

    Create an estimate (quote). CustomerRef and Line items required. Estimates can later be converted to invoices.

  • create_invoicewrite action

    Create an invoice. CustomerRef and at least one Line item (SalesItemLineDetail with ItemRef) are required.

  • create_itemwrite action

    Create a product or service item. Name, Type, and IncomeAccountRef (for Service/Inventory) are required.

  • send_invoicewrite action

    Email an invoice to the customer. If sendTo is omitted, uses BillEmail on the invoice.

  • update_customerwrite action

    Update a customer. QBO uses sparse update: pass Id, SyncToken, sparse=true, plus any fields to change.

  • update_invoicewrite action

    Update an invoice. QBO uses sparse update: pass Id, SyncToken, sparse=true, plus any fields to change.

  • void_invoice

    Void an invoice. The invoice stays in QBO with zero amount. Requires Id and SyncToken.

The Problem

AI agents can write code, analyze data, and chat. But they can't operate a business — collect payments, issue invoices, ship products, or notify customers. Especially not in Latin America, where every service has its own API, auth pattern, and quirks (mTLS for BACEN Pix v2, JWT-RSA for STP-SPEI, AFIP web services, contract-gated developer portals, and on).
