Ask Timera's AI Chief of Staff any question about your time, schedule, goals, or direction. The AI has access to your calendar, drift score, goals, and coaching memory. Use this for advice, analysis, or when you want the AI to look up your data and give personalized guidance.
get_calendar
Get the user's calendar events for a specific date, categorized by life category. Shows event names, times, categories, and hours. Defaults to today.
get_drift_score
Get your Timera Drift Score (0-100) measuring how well your actual time allocation matches your intentions. Includes gaps between ideal and actual hours per life category, and trajectory projections (1yr, 5yr).
get_goals
Get the user's active weekly goals with progress tracking. Shows target hours, actual hours, percentage complete, and whether each goal is on track.
get_time_breakdown
Get a breakdown of how the user spends their time across life categories (Work, Health, Relationships, Personal Growth, Rest, Admin, Side Project). Shows hours per category from their latest weekly review or today's calendar.
