Calculate monthly mortgage payment (PITI), debt-to-income ratios, PMI, and whether a home purchase is comfortable, a stretch, or risky. Supports 15 or 30-year terms. Pass a 2-letter state code (e.g. 'PA', 'TX') for accurate state income tax in take-home pay — covers all 50 states. Defaults to 3% if omitted.

Look up Pennsylvania Earned Income Tax (EIT) rates by municipality, county, or school district. Returns municipal rate, school district rate, total combined rate, non-resident rate, and Local Services Tax. Data source: PA DCED Act 32.

Look up the actual school district for any US address. Uses Census Bureau boundary data — NOT zip codes. Zip codes often map to the wrong district (e.g. 617 School Rd has a Nazareth zip but is actually Pen Argyl SD). This tool gets it right.
