  [DEPRECATED] Manage named prepared statements: PREPARE, EXECUTE, DEALLOCATE. ⚠️ Prepared statements are session-local in PostgreSQL and unreliable with connection pools — each pool checkout may get a different backend. Use parameterized pg_query instead.
